Are your cases MagSafe® compatible?
MagSafe® compatibility applies to our iPhone case lineup. If a product is labeled MagSafe®, it’s designed to align properly with MagSafe® accessories and chargers.
Design & Collections
What design collections do you offer?
We release themed drops, seasonal collections, and artist-led capsules. Inventory evolves, so the best view is the current collections hubs inside the menu.
Will the design fade or scratch off?
Our print approach is built for daily handling. Normal wear shouldn’t erase the artwork, but avoid abrasive cleaners and rough scraping to keep the finish looking fresh.
Do you offer custom designs?
Not at this time. We focus on curated drops and capsule releases. If there’s a collab or theme you want, tell us—demand helps shape what gets built next.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. delivery is typically 5–7 business days after shipment. International delivery varies by destination. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—international shipping is available. Duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country and carrier handling.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, your confirmation email includes tracking details.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for eligible items within the stated window when they’re unused and in original packaging. If you need help fast, contact support with your order number.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind manufacturing quality. If something arrives defective or fails unusually fast, reach out and we’ll review it with you.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact support immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

How do I clean my case?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, and aggressive scrubbing to preserve the finish.
Is the case easy to install?
Yes—installation and removal is straightforward. For best results, start with one corner and seat the edges evenly.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes—wireless charging works with our case lineup. For MagSafe® chargers, use a MagSafe®-labeled iPhone case for the best alignment.
